PS Series Universal Scroll Chucks can be used on all types of lathes, and on different kinds of milling, drilling and CNC attachments. This is a versatile, quality product for the cost conscious consumer. Plain back, direct mount & Front Mount options. 3" - 32" Diameters.

FEATURES

• Semi-Steel body is made of high quality cast iron. All guide ways and bearing surfaces are precisely machined.

• Plain back and direct mount

• Chucks come with either American Standard two-piece tongue and groove jaws, or two sets of hard solid OD and ID jaws.

• Scroll plate is drop forged of fine alloy steel, and carefully case hardened. Thread flanks are ground on both sides.

• Jaw teeth and guide ways are hardened and fully ground on both sides.

• Hardened and ground bushings are pressed into the pinion seats.

• Pinions are hardened and ground.
